Our products are innovatively engineered and meticulously manufactured. During the production process, we use state-of-the-art technology to subject our products to an exhaustive quality assurance process.

Even so, mistakes can happen. Our warranties provide repairs and replacements that resolve any potential manufacturing flaws.

What does the mattress warranty include?

One year of zero-cost damage inspection. If necessary, we will pick up your mattress, repair it, and return it to you for free. After more than one year has elapsed since the date of delivery, you may be charged for inspections, pickups, and returns. Repairs remain free throughout the duration of the 12-year warranty period.

When is the warranty void?

Your warranty becomes void in the instance of negligent, improper, or unreasonable use. Examples include:
  • Bending, folding, ironing, or cutting the mattress

  • Exposing the mattress to damaging cleaning products

  • Storing the mattress in direct sunlight or exposing it to moisture

  • Cleaning the mattress in a way that does not follow provided instructions

  • Placing the mattress too close to a heat source

  • Other negligent, improper, or unreasonable actions that damage your mattress

Important warranty details

  • Fabric components of the mattress are only covered by a 1-year warranty
  • Repair or replacement of the mattress extends, but does not restart, the warranty period

What does the topper and pillow warranty include?

Non-mattress Panda products are covered by a 1-year warranty. During this period, we will pick up, repair, and return your products as necessary at no additional charge.

When is the warranty void?

  • Exposing the topper, pillow, or accessory to damaging cleaning products

  • Storing the topper, pillow, or accessory in direct sunlight or exposing it to moisture

  • Cleaning the topper, pillow, or accessory in a way that does not follow provided instructions

  • Placing the topper, pillow, or accessory too close to a heat source

  • Other negligent, improper, or unreasonable actions that damage your topper, pillow, or accessory
