RETURN POLICY

Studies point out that it takes 30 to 45 days to get used to a new mattress. The trial period of Panda mattresses is 100 nights. This means that you can try it much longer than the conventional 30 days before you make your decision whether it suits you or not. This is also our recommendation. If you decide to return the mattress, Panda Home Ltd undertakes to collect the mattress at no charge and refund your payment in full.



Trial period of Panda products


  • A mattress may be returned for a full refund up to 100 days from the day it was delivered to you.
  • A topper may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days from the day it was delivered to you.
  • A pillow may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days from the day it was delivered to you.
  • Bedding items may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days from the day they were delivered to you.
  • If you open the box and realized you made an error with the size, you may change it for another size, but no trial period will be granted on the new item.
  • If you decide during the trial period to exchange the product for another product of the same category, no trial period will be provided on the new product.

The return process

Step one – notify us through the “contact us” link on our website or by phone that you wish to return the product that you’ve purchased.

Step two – after your message is received, a credit notice is sent to your credit card company. Your account will be credited with the full purchase amount up to 21 business days from the time we received your cancellation notice.

Step three – we contact you and arrange collection of the product from your home.

You are entitled to return the product for any reason. Once you notify us of your wish to return the product, we are committed to pick it up at no charge.
