Return Policy

Sleep research indicates that it can take 30-45 days to get used to a new mattress. With our 100-night return window, we provide you with plenty of time to decide if your Panda mattress is a good fit.

PANDA TRIAL PERIOD DETAILS

  • Mattresses can be returned at no extra cost for a full refund up to 100 days after the date of delivery
  • Toppers can be returned at no extra cost for a full refund up to 100 days after the date of delivery
  • Pillows can be returned at no extra cost for a full refund up to 100 days after the date of delivery
    • Accessories can be returned at no extra cost for a full refund up to 100 days after the date of delivery

    If you realize upon delivery that you ordered the wrong item, you can exchange your item at no extra cost. The new item you receive in exchange will not, however, be eligible for a trial period.

    During the trial period, you can exchange an item for another item within the same product category. The new item you receive in exchange will not, however, be eligible for a trial period.

    1. We won’t wait to refund your order. A refund for your full order total will appear as fast as your bank can process it.
    1. We’ll schedule a day for your mattress to be picked up.

    You can return your product within its specified trial window for any reason. Once you contact us to begin the return process, it is our responsibility to offer a free return service and supply a full refund.
